How much notice do you need for a builders clean?
As much as you can give us, but we know construction schedules move. Tell us your target handover date and we'll work in with your final trades; we can often accommodate short-notice cleans for local Tauranga and Papamoa sites.
Do you do rough cleans as well as final cleans?
Yes, we can do a rough clean after major works to keep the site workable, then the detailed final clean once trades are finished. For most projects a single final clean is enough; for larger builds the two-stage approach protects the finish.
